Notes: i have an apartment i need to sublet until next august. i had to sign a new lease because i am still going to ku, but i will be finished in december. if you are looking for a place immediately i can accomodate to that as well because i am already looking for places elsewhere in kansas. the rent is 625 a month, it is a 2 bdrm apt, one bath...the balcony overlooks an awesome swimming pool (there are two pools here), the KU bus route comes by three times an hour to take you to campus if you need it. it is within walking distance of the club (the ranch on 6th st.) this apt was the apt that was shown to all the incoming renters, so it is taken care of well and the appliances are upto date. i love living here, i just have a new job in olathe, and it is a pain to drive there everyday! i will be taking all my belongings with me, but some things will be able to be purchased if you need them, such as couches, cooking ware etc. please contact me as soon as you can! the price is really a great price! you dont have to be female nor have pets to live here. i prefer a non smoker to live here though.
