Notes: This is a 4 bedroom house located 1 1/2 blocks from campus and Memorial Stadium. The house is very old so it has only one bathroom, but it has never been a problem. There are currently 2 rooms available on the first floor of the house. The Master Bedroom and a smaller bedroom. The bills for the house vary from season to season just like any place, but has never reached more than $150 for everything (cable, internet, water, gas, electric). Off the street parking and washer and dryer included. There is one cat currently living in the household and cats are welcome. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at request of the landlords.
